Did you know that Rachael Ray's website has a gluten free recipe section now?  Very cool, simple recipes- at least when I'm done with them.  Okay, i'm a lazy cooker so some her gluten free recipes have been modified. Tonight I made her Red Rice with Chorizo.    Mine came out a little more cajuny.

First off, BJ's Rocks!  I was just about to give up on eating pizza, and lately I've been to lazy to figure out how to make it.  I went here this weekend and was able to order this pizza which wasn't bad at all.  Then for dessert their gluten-free pazooki was awesome.  Shamefully I got
